Just St James is the Restaurant Flagship of Party Ingredients – the Private Caterers. It was started in the year 2000 by the owner and executive chef Peter Gladwin who converted this grand premises into Restaurants and Bars with ample space for special events and parties.

Party Ingredients itself continues to provide weddings, corporate hospitality and parties through London and the South East in venues such as St James Palace, The Guildhall, the Tower of London, Syon Park and private clients' homes. The company also owns Nutbourne Vineyards, one of the new renaissance of English Wine producers in West Sussex.
The Restaurant is housed in a magnificent 1912 Banking Hall on the corner of St James Street and Kings Street. The Banking Hall itself with its stunning marble interior was reputed to be the most expensive ever built and remains a splendid example of late Victorian Architecture. The name ‘Just’ comes from St James the Just, a 1st Century Christian Saint who we like and think keeps an eye on things.
